About the Turkey moduleWhat is a "monitored partner"?
A company in your list - customer or supplier - that we re-check automatically every night against all sources and for which you receive alerts in the daily digest. The plan cap is the maximum number of such companies. Manual checks of other companies do not count against the cap.

Pricing questions
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in Romanian lei (RON), excluding VAT. Invoices are issued through the Romanian e-Invoice system. Customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.
What happens if I exceed the partner cap?
You can remove partners from the monitored list or move to the next plan at any time, paying the difference for the remaining period. Manual checks are never blocked.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. The annual subscription costs 10 months of the monthly price, paid upfront.
How does the pilot work?
The pilot runs for 3 months, for up to 50 partners, prepaid. We configure it together, import your list and review results weekly. At the end, the pilot fee is deducted from the first annual subscription.
Is there a contract and a data processing agreement?
Yes. The subscription contract includes a data processing agreement (DPA) for your partners' data and confidentiality terms for data imported from your ERP.
