The problem
At the first contract someone checks ANAF, the Trade Register and maybe a paid report. Then nobody comes back, although the VAT code can be cancelled and the company can enter insolvency months later.
Tax status at ANAF, balance sheets at the Ministry of Finance, cases on the courts portal, identity at ONRC, intra-EU VAT at VIES. Each with its own format, no history and no link to your customer list.
How much trade credit do you grant a new customer? Without a score and a limit derived from the balance sheet, the decision stays a hunch and unpaid receivables end up in your own accounts.

Proof
We do not publish customer logos or testimonials. Trust is built differently: every number on the report carries its source and the date it was retrieved, the scoring methodology is public, and the update frequency of each source is stated honestly. Nothing is "real time" unless it is queried live.

The free check shows the state of a Romanian tax ID at query time: identity, tax status, VAT, VIES. A subscription adds the creditworthiness score, credit limit, litigation, nightly re-checks of the whole portfolio and a digest of changes.
Exclusively from official public sources: ANAF (web services and balance sheets), VIES, ONRC open data, the courts portal, the National Bank of Romania and, for Turkey, MERSIS, the Trade Registry Gazette and GIB. Every line on the report carries its source and date.
It depends on the source: tax status and VIES are queried on every check; balance sheets are annual; tax arrears are quarterly; ONRC data is updated monthly. The Romanian page Surse de date lists the real frequency for each source.
Yes. The interface is available in English and Turkish for the main pages. Reports and the daily digest can be issued in English. Prices are in Romanian lei (RON), invoiced through the Romanian e-Invoice system.
It remains yours. It is stored per account, isolated from other customers, never resold and never used for anyone else. You can delete the account and its data at any time.

Accounts are isolated per company, protected by two-factor authentication, hosted in the EU with daily backups. The public site sets no tracking cookies.
